By accessing or using ByteBistro Gaming Café services, whether in person at our physical location or through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services.

ByteBistro reserves the right to change these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Service Description

ByteBistro provides gaming computer stations, console gaming areas, and café services for customers. Our services include but are not limited to: access to gaming computers and consoles, internet access, food and beverage service, gaming tournaments, and community events.

We strive to maintain our equipment in optimal condition, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance and updates may occasionally affect availability.

3. User Accounts and Membership

To use certain services, you may be required to create a user account or purchase a membership. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Memberships and prepaid time are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer or required by law. ByteBistro reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Code of Conduct

When using ByteBistro facilities, you agree to:

• Treat all staff and other customers with respect
• Use equipment with care and as directed by staff
• Not engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to pirating software or media
• Not engage in harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior
• Not bring outside food or beverages without prior permission
• Follow all posted rules regarding noise levels, equipment usage, and facility access

ByteBistro reserves the right to refuse service or remove customers who violate this code of conduct.

5. Age Restrictions and Parental Consent

Users under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use our services. Certain games and activities may have additional age restrictions in accordance with game ratings and applicable laws. ByteBistro staff reserves the right to verify age and enforce these restrictions.

Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring the activities of minor users and ensuring they comply with these terms.

6. Reservation and Cancellation

Station reservations may be made in advance through our website, by phone, or in person. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive credit for future use. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the reservation fee or prepaid time.

ByteBistro reserves the right to cancel or reschedule reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or maintenance needs.

7. Payment and Pricing

Current pricing is available at our facility and on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required before using our services unless you have an approved account with billing privileges.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments. All transactions are final unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer or required by law.

8. Personal Belongings and Liability

ByteBistro is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Customers are advised to keep valuable items secure and not leave them unattended. Lockers may be available for storing personal items at an additional fee.

Customers are liable for any damage they cause to ByteBistro property, equipment, or facilities, whether intentional or accidental.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ByteBistro website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ByteBistro or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Customers may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission from ByteBistro.

11. Limitation of Liability
